Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Building business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining good relationships with clients.

Job Duties:

  •  Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
  • Researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Selling the product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Organizing sales visits, demonstrating/presenting the product.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Identifying product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintaining quality service and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing sales goals.
  • Regularly reviewing sales performance

Qualifications and training required

Degree/Diploma in sales and marketing.

 Age 25 – 38 years

 Experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing for at least two years.

  • Good presentation and prospecting skills
  • A good negotiator, able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
  • Knowledgeable about property sales
  • Commercial awareness  with numerical skills
  • Creative, independent and highly motivated
  • Good Sales planning and Meets sales goals.

A driving license is essential for the jobs. Ability to speak more than one language fluently is an advantage.
